Our organic sourdough loaves and biscuits are created by hand, then fermented slowly over 48 hours to reduce sugars and feed a healthy body.
This process optimises the pre-digestion of sugars and other enzymes in carbohydrates, all of which further adds a host of beneﬁcial nutrients and complex ﬂavours, increases bioavailability (how easily we can access the benefits) and naturally improves shelf life.
